Partnering
Company executives attending the BIO-Asia Clinical Stage Partnering Conference must request and confirm appointments with potential partners through the online BIO-Asia Partnering system. Onced registered, attendees will receive via e-mail a login, password and detailed instructions on how to use the BIO-Asia Partnering System.
BIO will take care of assigning the date, time and location for meetings confirmed thorugh the BIO-Asia Partnering System. Meetings will be 45 minutes in-length (40 minutes with a 5-minute change period) and will take place on Monday, January 31 and Tuesday, February 1 in private meeting space at the Grand Hyatt Tokyo Hotel.

Only registered conference attendees are able to participate in partnering meetings. If you have not registered for the BIO-Asia Clinical Stage Partnering Conference, proceed to Registration and follow the instructions for your company's appropriate region.

PARTNERING DEADLINES
Dec. 6 - BIO-Asia Partnering System opens.
Dec. 13 - Complete all tasks under 'Start Here' including 'Company Profile', 'Individual Profile(s)', 'Licensing Projects' and 'Availability'. Once you complete this section, your partnering system account is activated and you can start requesting meetings with other companies attending the conference.
Dec. 27 - Deadline to complete your "Company Profile" for publication in the conference handbook.
Jan. 21 - Deadline to complete first round of meeting requests.
Jan. 24 - Preliminary partnering schedule available on the web site.
Jan. 25-28 - Request more appointments on the BIO-Asia web site.
Jan. 28 - Last day to request meetings prior to the conference using the online BIO-Asia Partnering System.
Jan. 30 - Final partnering meeting schedule is available at conference site and on the web site. Pick up your conference badge at the Welcoming Reception located at the Roppongi Hills, Grand Hyatt Tokyo Hotel.
Jan. 31/Feb. 1 - Meetings will take place in private meeting space at the Roppongi Hills, Grand Hyatt Tokyo Hotel. Meetings will be 45 minutes in length (40-minute meeting with a 5-minute change-over).
ABOUT THE BIO PARTNERING SYSTEM
The BIO Partnering System is an Web based information resource and appointment software, which was developed by BIO to meet the unique needs of the life science business development community. The BIO Partnering System features customized tools that help attendees promote their company and licensing opportunities and perform detailed searches to identify and then communicate with prospective partners to pre-schedule meetings at BIO's partnering conferences. A local version of the BIO Partnering System is made available during BIO's partnering conferences to facilitate the onsite meeting process.
